The five questions this product is actually asked, and what each one really means. If none of them is yours, write to us.
The leaderboard needs a build recent enough to be validated against. Solo play still works offline, and games you played meanwhile post themselves once you have updated — nothing is lost by waiting.
A score is queued, not lost. The key for a submission is derived from the game itself, so however long the wait, every game posts exactly once and nothing posts twice. A score that was held is released when the build number changes; a score that was refused is a different thing and says so.
A sign-out means the sign-in itself was refused, which is a real end to the session rather than a network problem. A failure, a rate limit or a hotel captive portal never signs anybody out.
Your tier is computed on the server and never guessed on the device, so the app can only ever under-claim it. Connect once and it will correct itself. If it does not, the account page shows what the server believes and that is the thing to tell us.
Revoke the link from the account page. The link ends immediately; depending on how that headset signed in, its existing session may keep working until it expires, and the page tells you which case you are in rather than promising more than it can do.
